For Skin

Warm a small amount between your hands and massage into clean skin, concentrating on areas prone to dryness such as the hands, elbows, knees and feet. Apply after bathing or showering while the skin is slightly damp to help retain moisture.

For Hair

Smooth a small amount through the hair as required, concentrating on dry areas and ends. Use after a water-based moisturiser or leave-in conditioner to help seal in moisture, or incorporate it into the care of twists, braids and other protective styles.
